MAHARAJA & SPEEDEX : INVESTS RS 19.80 CR IN WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY
• Subscribes to 4,50,000 equity shares of Dewdrop Bottles at ₹440/share via subsidiary's rights issue • Total consideration ₹19.80 Cr, in cash; shareholding remains 100% with no change in stake • Dewdrop Bottles makes stainless-steel bottles, water and feeding bottles, and pressure cookers • Subsidiary FY26 turnover ₹8,897.82 L, up from ₹5,569.68 L (FY25) and ₹2,727.86 L (FY24) • Funds to be used for capex, including plant and machinery at the existing manufacturing facility • Investment is in line with the objects of the company's IPO (Prospectus dated 16 September 2026)
