VISL : SUBSIDIARY RECEIVES RS 11.77 CR GST DEMAND NOTICE

• ESL Steel Limited, subsidiary of VISL, received demand-cum-show cause notice from GST authorities on October 26, 2026 • Proposed recovery of GST and ITC reversal aggregating ~₹11.77 Cr for FY2022-23 to FY2023-24 • Demand comprises IGST ₹6.99 Cr, CGST ₹2.39 Cr and SGST ₹2.39 Cr, plus applicable interest and penalty • ESL is examining the notice and will take appropriate legal steps within prescribed timelines • Company does not envisage any significant financial or operational impact
