• Wholly owned subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh commissioned additional BESS component of 35.77 MW/143.08 MWh • Incremental capacity is part of the 300 MW/1200 MWh discharge capacity FDRE project • Cumulative commissioned BESS capacity now 195.35 MW/781.40 MWh • Project located at Village Kelan, Tehsil Chhatargarh, District Bikaner, Rajasthan • Commercial operation date for the new capacity set at October 29, 2026 • PPA for the project signed with SJVN Limited
