• Revenue ₹1,912 Cr, up 33% YoY; total volume 3.93 million tonnes, up 26% YoY. • Ebitda ₹277.8 Cr, up 4% YoY; Ebitda/tonne ₹708; total Ebitda incl other income ₹295.0 Cr. • H1 revenue ₹3,809 Cr, up 27% YoY; H1 operating Ebitda ₹576.0 Cr, down 2% YoY; net debt ₹4,287 Cr as at Sep 30, 2026. • Scheme: boards approved amalgamation of Shiva Cement into JSW Cement; 5 JSW shares for every 41 Shiva shares; completion expected in 12-14 months.
