• Company signs license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Sirhind; property to be managed by wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private Limited • Hotel to feature 76 rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, spa and fitness centre • With this addition, the group will have four operational and 10 upcoming hotels in Punjab • Sirhind in Fatehgarh Sahib district targets business, transit, pilgrim and leisure travellers • Site is ~3.5 km from Sirhind Junction and ~45 km from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh
