• Master Lease Agreement with Tata Capital for facility up to ₹81 Cr for a tenure of 60 months • Working Capital Demand Loan agreement for up to ₹10 Cr for a tenure of 12 months • Lease proceeds to be used for taking goods on lease as per relevant purchase orders • Working capital loan to be utilised towards the company's working capital requirements • On lease completion, company to purchase leased equipment at 5% residual value of original cost plus taxes • Loan secured by first pari passu charge via hypothecation over the company's current assets Impact: Neutral (₹91 Cr of fresh debt facilities funds equipment leasing and working capital, raising leverage without equity dilution)
