BONDADA : RECEIVES NSE LISTING APPROVAL FOR MIGRATION TO MAIN BOARD

Company received listing approval dated October 27, 2026 for migration from BSE SME Platform to NSE Capital Market Segment (Main Board). In-principle approvals from NSE and BSE already received; subsequent formalities to be completed as per regulatory requirements. Migration expected to enhance visibility, broaden investor reach and support long-term growth objectives.
