• Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism approved incorporation of Oswal Greentech Real Estate Development L.L.C • Company subscribes 38,000 equity shares of AED 1,000 each at par, aggregating AED 38 million, for a 95% stake • Balance 5% (2,000 shares) held by Mr. Shael Oswal, promoter group member and Manager of the subsidiary • Entity formed to expand business presence internationally and develop land, residential and commercial projects in UAE and GCC • Subsidiary is yet to commence operations; consideration is cash through banking channel
