DIAMINES Q2 : STANDALONE NET PROFIT TURNAROUND TO LOSS AT ₹1.70 CR (YOY), LOSS VS PROFIT (QOQ). WEAK (ON 1ST LOOK)
Revenue up 5.8% at ₹9.84 Cr (YOY), down 31.5% (QOQ). H1 FY27 standalone loss at ₹1.42 Cr v profit ₹6.09 Cr (YOY); H1 revenue ₹24.21 Cr, up 12.4% (YOY). Consolidated Q2 net loss at ₹2.20 Cr v ₹4.15 Cr loss (YOY) and ₹0.10 Cr loss (QOQ). Caution: Fruits & Vegetables trading operations discontinued after board approval in August 2026; single Specialty Chemicals reportable segment now.
