• Hitesh Oberoi to step down as Managing Director and CEO with effect from close of business hours on December 2, 2026, after nearly 27 years • Board approved his appointment as Additional Director, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director under Promoter Category from December 3, 2026 • Sanjeev Bikhchandani appointed Executive Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Group CEO for the period December 3, 2026 to April 26, 2031 • Market capitalisation grew from ~₹2,500 Cr to ~₹80,000 Cr over Oberoi's 16 years as CEO • Both appointments subject to approval of members of the Company Impact: Neutral (Founder-led executive continuity and Oberoi staying on the board cushion the exit of a long-tenured operating CEO)
