• Board approved withdrawal of proposed subscription to 881,380 CCPS of Sunbridge Solar Power at ₹13,615 per CCPS (~₹1,200 Cr) • Withdrawal followed review of impact on credit and investment exposure, concentration risk and RBI prudential limits for middle layer NBFCs • Proposal was earlier considered at the board meeting of 8 July 2026 and intimated to BSE • Gaurav Jindal appointed CEO from 29 October 2026; Krishnan re-designated managing director for five years • Vineeta Gautam moves from company secretary to chief compliance officer; Ayushi Khanna named company secretary from 29 October 2026
