• Procurement of 250 MT (+/- 2% at seller's option) of crude palm oil, edible grade with FFA 5% max, in bulk • Seller is Paras Agri Business Private Limited, Palanpur; trade confirmed on 27 October 2026 • Deal value approximately ₹3.14 Cr including 5% GST; exclusive of import duty, which is to the buyer's account • Delivery Ex-Kandla Port, Gujarat with lifting scheduled in December 2026; tank rent at Kandla included in the rate • Payment terms are advance; contract arranged through Hardik Brokers, Ahmedabad • Company says the lot strengthens its sourcing position in the edible oil segment ahead of the December lifting window
