AWFIS : EXPANDS WORKSPACE PORTFOLIO WITH ~1.45 LAKH SQ FT ACROSS METROS

• Launched new centres in Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai, adding ~1,45,000 sq ft of chargeable area • New centres are built on Awfis' latest design version and add to Grade A+ inventory • Cumulative chargeable area across these launches, including ~1,00,000 sq ft Elite Centre at Aerocity, is ~2,45,000 sq ft • Awfis 6.0 design format is reflected in Mumbai and Pune centres; targets enterprises, GCCs and large corporates • Locations include Punyaee Business Square in Pune, Prestige Tech Forest in Bengaluru and Lodha i-Think in Mumbai • Company aims to raise share of premium and Grade A+ centres significantly by end FY27
