GOKULAGRO : TO INSTALL 14 MWP SOLAR PROJECT WORTH RS 3.83 CR

• Board approved additional solar power capacity of 14 MWp at total capital outlay of ₹38 Cr plus applicable taxes • Capacity split: 10 MWp at Gandhidham Plant, Gujarat and 4 MWp at Mangalore Plant, Karnataka • Solar capacity for captive consumption, to be added within 12 months, funded through internal accruals • Company has existing renewable capacity of 28.79 MWp, currently 100% utilised • Stated rationale is energy reliability, ESG goals and power cost saving • Board also approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 and H1 FY27
