• Suspected "Boss Scam" cyber fraud: fraudulent instructions issued by an unauthorised person impersonating the Managing Director • ₹80,00,000 (₹80 L) transferred from the company's bank account on 26.10.2026 to an unauthorised beneficiary • Instructions were communicated to the Company Secretary; incident came to knowledge on 26.10.2026 • Amount recovered as on date of disclosure is Nil; actual financial impact presently being assessed • Company notified Cyber Crime Branch and its bank, sought recall of funds and preserved electronic records • Complaint filed with Cyber Crime Police Station, acknowledgement no. 31110260261781 dated 26.10.2026; no material disruption to day-to-day operations
