ORIENTAL RAIL : WINS RS 630.61 CR ORDER
• Wholly-owned subsidiary Oriental Foundry Private Limited has secured amended order from Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), Indian Railways • Order quantity of BOXNS wagons increased from 1,200 to 1,560 wagons (addition of 360 wagons) on same terms and conditions • Total contract value of amended order ₹630.61 Cr inclusive of GST for manufacture and supply of 1,560 BOXNS wagons • Delivery period for the additional 360 wagons is up to June 11, 2027 • 90% of total cost to be received against RDSO inspection certificate and proof of dispatch; balance 10% after receipt, inspection and acceptance • Order awarded by a domestic entity; no promoter/group interest and not a related party transaction
