ZELIO : STARTS NEW PATAN PLANT WORTH OVER RS 20 CR
• Commenced commercial production of two-wheelers and three-wheelers at new plant at Patan, Hisar, Haryana with effect from October 28, 2026 • Existing capacity around 2,40,000 units per annum; production stood at 180,000 units with utilisation around 40% as at March 31, 2026 • Proposed addition of 48,000 units per annum for two-wheelers and 24,000 units per annum for three-wheelers, to be added in Q3 FY 2026-27 • Investment in the Patan plant exceeds ₹20 Cr under the approved capex plan, with the major portion used for backward integration • A portion of the investment funded through IPO proceeds as per objects; balance requirements to be met from internal accruals
