ECOBOARD : SUSPENDS ECO BUILD OPERATIONS FOR ONE YEAR

• Board approved temporary suspension of manufacturing at Particle Board Build Division (Eco Build) for one year with immediate effect • Eco Build contributed ₹15.33 Cr turnover, 64.14% of company turnover in FY2025-26, with net worth of ₹9.14 Cr • Suspension due to sustained operating losses, non-availability of raw material and capex needed for refurbishment without assurance of viable operations • No sale of the division involved; no binding agreement for sale entered into as on date • Company to reallocate financial, technical and managerial resources to Energy Division (Eco Energy) - ETP services and CBG plant execution • Rama Krishna Raju Gottumukkala resigned as CEO, continues as MD; Venkatraman Krishnamurthi appointed CEO with effect from October 28, 2026
