Revenue up 20.9% at ₹4,297.59 Cr (YOY), down 5.6% (QOQ). Ebitda up 5.2% at ~₹947 Cr (YOY), down 26.5% (QOQ); margins 22.0% v 25.3% (YOY), 28.3% (QOQ). Profit before exceptional items and tax up 6.0% at ₹834.23 Cr (YOY), down 29.1% (QOQ). Caution: H1 consolidated results include ₹14.41 Cr exceptional gain from transfer of BuildNext investment to JSW One Platforms.
