FORTIS : ACQUIRES SUGUNA HOSPITAL IN BENGALURU FOR RS 277 CR

• Wholly-owned subsidiary International Hospital Limited acquired the entire business and operations of Suguna Ramaiah Hospitals via business transfer agreement, plus the hospital land and building via sale deed • Cumulative transaction value approx ₹277 Cr, all-cash, consummated on October 28, 2026 • Suguna is a 110-bedded tertiary-care multispeciality hospital in Rajajinagar, North-West Bengaluru, commissioned in 2006, with potential to scale to ~150 beds • Target revenue from operations: ₹49.80 Cr in FY26 v ₹49.90 Cr (FY25) and ₹49.05 Cr (FY24) • Fortis city operational bed capacity now ~1,000 beds; North-West Bengaluru corridor offers ~500 potential beds across Rajajinagar, People Tree Yeshwanthpur and Suguna
