• Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for half year ended September 30, 2026, with limited review report • Auditor said substantial portion of income and financial results arose from securities and derivative transactions not part of principal business • These transactions indicate substantial dependence on financial market activities and expose the company to market price fluctuations and financial risks • Auditor noted the company did not maintain complete and proper quantitative inventory records during the period • Balance payable to IIFL as at September 30, 2026 does not agree with IIFL statement of account and remains unreconciled
