EPACKPEB : ADDS CAPACITY AT GHILOTH FACILITY WORTH OVER RS 100 CR

• Commenced commercial production of PEB structures and PUF panels at Ghiloth facility, Rajasthan, effective October 28, 2026 • Capacity addition of 11,300 metric tons/annum for PEB structures and 8,00,000 sq meters/annum for PUF panels • Existing capacity at 1,47,122 MT/annum (PEB) and 13,10,000 sq meters/annum (PUF), utilised around 77.50% and 49.50% respectively • Investment required around ₹100 Cr, to be funded from net proceeds of the IPO • Rationale is to cater to growing demand for PEB structures and PUF panels in North India • Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board granted Consent to Operate vide order dated October 28, 2026
