• Cochin Shipyard completed acquisition of 23% equity stake in Conoship International Holding B.V., Netherlands • Signed deed for transfer of shares with shareholders of Conoship • Completion follows September 24, 2026 execution of Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders' and Cooperation Agreement • All formalities with respect to the acquisition are completed
