JSL : ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL ~7% STAKE IN AMPIN FOR RS 5.08 CR

• Jindal Stainless acquired an additional ~7% equity stake in Ampin C&I Three Private Limited for ~₹5.08 Cr in cash. • Aggregate equity stake in Ampin now 24.21%; total committed investment of ~₹13.83 Cr completed. • Ampin is an SPV developing a 40 MW intra-state solar group captive renewable energy project for Jindal Stainless plant(s). • Project expected to produce ~61.73 million units annually for captive consumption. • Power procurement aligns with the company's target to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
