• Revenue up 7.0% at ₹938.4 Cr (YoY); B2B up 32.4% at ₹70.9 Cr; H1 revenue up 9.7% at ₹1,855.4 Cr. • EBITDA down 13.5% at ₹76.2 Cr (YoY); H1 EBITDA up 9.6% at ₹178.3 Cr. • Margins 8.1% v 10.0% (YoY), down 191 bps; H1 margin 9.6%. • US revenue up 4.3% in rupee terms but down 4.1% constant currency; UK up 2.3% but down 7.0% constant currency. • Caution: Shopify Enterprise migration and UK warehouse/studio consolidation temporarily impacted digital conversion and product availability.
