TEXRAIL : WINS RS 412.32 CR ORDER

• Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) amended original contract via Option Clause, adding 1,020 BOXNS wagons to the order • Ordered quantity for manufacture and supply of BOXNS wagons raised from 3,400 to 4,420 units • Additional quantity valued at ₹412.32 Cr on the same price, terms and conditions as the original contract • Total amended contract value now ₹1,786.74 Cr (including taxes) • Delivery of the increased quantity to be completed within 162 days beyond the re-fixed DP, up to 11 June 2027 • Order is domestic, with no promoter/group interest and no related-party transaction
