• RPEL acquired 8,000 equity shares, representing 80% shareholding, in RPEL TRLK Silicatech Private Limited on 28 October 2026 • Subscription amount was ₹0.8 L in cash • JV company was incorporated on 25 September 2026 in Odisha pursuant to the JVA between RPEL and TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited • Target will develop, manufacture, sell and distribute silica ramming mass and other refractories; turnover is nil
