• Company under CIRP since 28 November 2022; NSDL, CDSL and RTA stopped providing benpos over unpaid dues, blocking Reg 31(b), Reg 76, Reg 74(5) and Reg 13(3) filings for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. • Resolution plan rejected by NCLT on 24 March 2025; appeal pending before NCLAT since 9 July 2025.
