• Revenue up 21.0% at ₹2,930.95 Cr (YOY), down 13.2% (QOQ). • PBT before exceptional items up 1.6% at ₹134.28 Cr (YOY), up 7.1% (QOQ). • Operating margin 6.91% vs 7.57% (YOY), 5.18% (QOQ); net profit margin 4.20% vs 4.06% (YOY). • Caution: Q2 profit includes ₹23.02 Cr exceptional gain on sale of Medtech Business by Blue Star Engineering & Electronics; Q1 had ₹9.17 Cr property sale gain.
