ASTRA MICRO : BSE, NSE ISSUE NO-OBSERVATION LETTERS FOR SPACE BIZ DEMERGER

Scheme of arrangement between Astra Microwave Products (demerged company) and Astra Space Technologies (resulting company) covers demerger of space, meteorology and hydrology business. NSE 'no objection' and BSE 'no adverse observations' received on 29 October 2026; scheme remains subject to NCLT and other approvals. Observation letter validity is six months from October 29, 2026, within which the scheme must be filed with NCLT.
