• Wholly owned subsidiary Greenply Sandila Private Limited to add 15.00 million sq mtr per annum plywood and allied products capacity at Sandila, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh • Investment required approx ₹125 Cr, funded via bank term loan, equity from holding company and internal accruals • Existing capacity 52.80 million sq mtr per annum (including holding company), utilisation nearly 98%; 13.50 million sq mtr under construction at Koraput, Odisha • Proposed capacity to be added by Q4 of FY2028 • Rationale: near-term demand for plywood and allied products expected to exceed present capacity of company and subsidiaries
