RAMRAT : ACQUIRES 50% STAKE IN EPAVO WORTH OVER RS 15 CR

• Ram Ratna Wires to buy 2,21,26,000 equity shares, or 50% of Epavo, from Epack Durable • Shares acquired at ₹6.78 each, aggregating to ₹15,00,14,280 (~₹15 Cr) in cash • Epavo makes Brushless DC motors and air-movement solutions; FY26 turnover was ₹2,540.35 lakh (~₹25.40 Cr) • Post-closing, Ram Ratna's stake in Epavo rises to 100% and Epavo becomes a wholly owned subsidiary (not material) • Expected completion by November 30, 2026; JV arrangement with Epack to be terminated
