FIBERWEB Q2 : Board has approved the proposed setting up of a needle punched non-woven fabric manufacturing project and authorized Mr. Pravin V Sheth, Director of the com company to take the necessary steps towards implementation.

Accordingly, Mr. Pravin V Sheth has been authorised to initiate the preparation of the Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) report, coordinate with banks and financial institutions for the required funding arrangements, and obtain all necessary banking, statutory, regulatory and other approvals.
