• Rights issue of 74,79,917 equity shares at ₹120/share, including ₹110 premium, aggregating ₹897.59 Cr • Ratio 5 rights equity shares for every 6 fully paid-up shares; record date Friday, October 30, 2026 • Issue opens November 12, 2026 and closes November 26, 2026; on-market renunciation ends November 20, 2026 • Promoter and promoter group holding 80.66% will forgo rights entitlement, aiding minimum public shareholding compliance • Proceeds include ₹70 Cr for subsidiaries Urja Protein India and Fresita Food, ₹18.76 Cr for general corporate purposes and ₹1 Cr for issue expenses • Equity shares are currently under BSE GSM Stage IV framework
