ACMESOLAR : SIGNS PPA WITH NTPC FOR 400 MW FDRE PROJECT

• PPA signed by subsidiary ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited for a 400 MW ISTS-connected FDRE project under NTPC's FDRE-01 tranche • Tariff at ₹4.37 per unit, adopted by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission • Project to connect to Raghanesda substation on the ISTS network; final connectivity grant already secured • More than 800 acres of land leased; project on track for scheduled commissioning as per PPA timelines • Minimum annual CUF of 40% with obligation to meet 90% of peak power requirement for 4.5 hours daily across morning and evening peaks • PPA-locked under-construction portfolio now 4,710 MW out of total under-construction contracted capacity of 5,380 MW
