ELEVATE : SUBSIDIARY TO ACQUIRE HOSTEL UNDERTAKING FOR RS 150 CR

• Wholly owned subsidiary GHS Sonipat II to acquire hostel accommodation undertaking of 2 hostel blocks (SH12 and SH14) at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana • It will also acquire allied services undertaking, including mess, laundry and security services, for 3 hostel blocks (SH11, SH12 and SH14) from the University • Proposed transaction requires investment of ₹1,350 Cr payable to the University over 9 years; first tranche of ₹150 Cr on execution of definitive documents • Adds 2,450 beds to the existing 885-bed block SH11; Elevate would own and manage 10,500 beds at the University through subsidiaries • Financing via equity infusions, internal accruals, inter-corporate deposits by the Company to GHS Sonipat II, and debt financing
