INTELLECT : SIGNS LICENSE SALE WITH UK JV WORTH RS 62.91 CR

• Sale of license agreement with UK JV Project Purple Ventures Limited (PPVL) for ₹62.91 Cr. • Consideration to be settled by issuing shares in PPVL under FEMA; amount included under trade receivables at quarter end. • License sale included in Revenue from Operations; consolidated recognises ₹31.45 Cr, being 50% of the unrelated investor's interest in PPVL under Ind AS 28. • Deferred tax asset of ₹7.93 Cr recognised in consolidated based on applicable tax treatment and temporary differences. • Transaction treated as a non-cash item in cash flow for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
