• Himachal Energy Private Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of HPL Electric & Power with effect from October 29, 2026 • Stake rose to 100% from 97.15% after the subsidiary bought back its own equity shares • Move was triggered by buy-back of equity shares by Himachal Energy Private Limited • No consideration or transaction value disclosed in the Regulation 30 filing • Company's holding in the subsidiary now stands at the full 100% of equity
