• Zanskar Renewable Energy Limited incorporated on October 29, 2026 as wholly owned subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) • RECPDCL is a wholly owned subsidiary of REC; Zanskar is therefore a subsidiary of REC under Section 2(87) • Company incorporated for development of 140 MWp solar plus 400 MWh BESS plant at Karsha Village, Zanskar District, UT of Ladakh • UT-Ladakh Power Development and New & Renewable Energy Department allocated the project via letter dated September 14, 2026; RECPDCL appointed Bid Process Coordinator • Authorized and paid-up capital at ₹5 L each; 100% subscription to equity share capital at face value in cash • After selection of successful bidder under TBCB guidelines, Zanskar will be transferred to the bidder with all assets and liabilities
