• Company conveyed acceptance to insurer for additional claim of ₹152 Cr, to be released in due course as part payment • Total on-account claim received/receivable, including this acceptance and salvage scrap sale till date, is ₹316.49 Cr • Recognised loss of ₹348.16 Cr standalone (₹362.90 Cr consolidated) on damage to property, plant and equipment, inventory and incidental charges at Dahej SEZ Plant • Insurance claim receivable recognised at ₹334.60 Cr standalone (₹348.82 Cr consolidated) • MPP3 facility, warehouse and tank farms remain temporarily suspended; replacement plant is partly completed and trial runs have started • Critical specialty production shifted to other sites with customer approval; Patancheru expansion expected to help minimise earnings impact
