• Inaugurated first Franchisee Owned Company Operated (FOCO) outlet at Niwarganj Extension, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh • Showroom has ~3,750 sq ft retail area; takes total D.P. Jewellers network to 14 showrooms • Under FOCO, franchise partner funded inventory and showroom capital expenditure; company manages day-to-day operations • Revenue-sharing structure pre-agreed, with franchise partner's participation linked to showroom sales • Outlet is a pilot; learnings to be used to evaluate scalability of the FOCO model across other markets
