KILBURN ENGG : APPROVES RS 25 CR CAPEX FOR MONGA EXPANSION
• Board approved capex of up to ₹25 Cr to expand precision engineering and manufacturing at wholly owned subsidiary Monga Strayfield's Pune facility • Expansion to be implemented progressively over the next six to nine months • Focus on precision-fabricated enclosures and engineered assemblies for data centre infrastructure, transformer applications and critical power infrastructure • Expanded operations estimated to support annual revenue of ~₹150 Cr at scale • Current precision engineering business expected to deliver ~₹50–60 Cr revenue in FY2026-27 • Board also reviewing further data centre infrastructure opportunities using combined engineering, fabrication and thermal management capabilities
