• Wholly-owned subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas Inc. set up 2 solar module manufacturing lines of 800 MW annual capacity each • The two lines aggregate to 1.6 GW and commenced commercial production on October 29, 2026 • Aggregate annual installed capacity of the Brookshire, Texas facility now stands at 3.2 GW • Disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations
