• Company subscribed 10,167 equity shares of ₹10 each of Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited on October 30, 2026 • Cost of acquisition ~₹1.21 Cr, cash consideration • Post-subscription, Kajaria holds 19.77% equity shares of Sunsure • Investment is part of total up to ₹12.15 Cr across tranches under shareholders' agreement dated September 2, 2026 • Purpose is to reduce power cost at Gailpur and Malootana (Rajasthan) plants via solar and wind power • Sunsure is in renewable energy generation, incorporated January 7, 2025, and has not yet commenced commercial production
