GLAND : APPOINTS AJAY SAHNI AS CEO OF GLAND SINGAPORE SUBSIDIARY

• Ajay Sahni appointed CEO of Gland Pharma International Pte. Ltd. (wholly-owned subsidiary) effective 2nd November, 2026. • He will also be responsible for the Cenexi business, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary; he reports to the CEO of Gland Pharma Ltd.
