• Buyback Price: ₹130 per equity share, payable in cash • Buyback Size: Up to ₹3.25 Cr, excluding transaction costs and applicable taxes • Buyback Quantity: Up to 2,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares • Equity Reduction: Represents approximately 12.69% of the company's total equity shares • Buyback Route: Proposed through the tender offer route on a proportionate basis • Small Shareholders: At least 15% of the proposed buyback shares reserved for small shareholders, subject to regulatory provisions • Promoter Participation: Promoters and promoter group members have expressed their intention not to participate in the buyback • Face Value: ₹10 per equity share
