• Corporate guarantee extended in favour of Kotak Mahindra Bank for subsidiary Mumbai Eco Solutions Private Limited • Company liability capped at 51% of total principal sum of ₹9,77,95,000 (~₹9.78 Cr) • Underlying credit facilities sanctioned by the bank aggregate up to ₹9,88,75,000 (~₹9.89 Cr) • Guarantee is continuing, irrevocable and unconditional, co-extensive with the borrower's liability • Corporate guarantee is a contingent liability; no immediate impact unless Mumbai Eco defaults on repayment Impact: Neutral (Contingent liability of ~₹9.78 Cr for a 51%-guaranteed subsidiary facility; no immediate cash outflow)
