• Company entered loan agreement with SMS Peptides Private Limited, its 99.99% subsidiary, executed on 30 October 2026 • Loan is unsecured, up to an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹50 Cr, to be disbursed in one or more tranches • Loan is for the subsidiary's business purpose; amount outstanding as on date of disclosure is nil • SMS Peptides is a related party with common directors; transaction is stated to be at arm's length
