• Allotment of 8,68,92,966 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹139 per share to promoter Avenir Investment RSC Ltd • Balance consideration of ~₹905.86 Cr received, being the remaining 75% of the warrant subscription amount • Promoter shareholding rises from 28.34% to 33.32% post allotment • 21,97,97,569 remaining warrants outstanding, exercisable on or before September 30, 2027 • Full conversion of remaining warrants would take promoter stake to 43.28%
