C-1/1 and C-1 at Butibori Ph-2 Industrial Area, Nagpur • Total area approx 301,594.64 sq mtrs; total land premium ₹66.35 Cr • Plot-wise premium: ₹34.36 Cr for Plot C-1/1 and ₹31.99 Cr for Plot C-1, at ₹2,200 per sq mtr • Land to be used for setting up a 5,000 MTPA Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) permanent magnet manufacturing facility • Transaction with MIDC is not a related-party transaction, and the company holds no shareholding in MIDC
